Overview
Every business wants to work with the best people possible within the industry. Being able to demonstrate that each vendor network meets the background check compliance needs of the industry is a manual paper-based exercise with background check reports being reviewed on a case by case basis. This existing processes are time consuming, open to interpretation, bias and risk.

Being able to demonstrate that each vendor network meets the background check compliance needs of the industry is a manual paper-based exercise with background check reports being reviewed on a case by case basis. This existing processes are time consuming, open to interpretation, bias and risk.
Shieldhub has introduced an industry standard that provides four possible levels of individual compliance. The standard creates consistency and removes interpretation and bias by using Shieldhub’s industry standard matrix to score every individual. This enables everyone within the industry to digitally transform their background screening process and avail of a rich set of data to demonstrate a proactive approach to managing compliance and risk.

Heuristic Evaluation
This phase of the project was focused on creating a strong brand for the new industry standard background check. A series of design sessions with key stakeholders was held to establish the name, logo, leading colors and typography. |

High-Fidelity Prototyping
To ensure the new design concept worked as intended, an interactive version of it was made available to users for feedback. Based on the information received, adjustments were made and the new product was approved for development. |

User Testing
The new product is evolving, creating new opportunities to identify non-compliant professionals in real-time. Consequently, the new version of the landing page and brand messaging is currently undergoing A / B testing and is expected to be released in the coming weeks. |
