Currently, demonstrating compliance with background check requirements involves manually reviewing paper-based reports on a case-by-case basis. These processes are time-consuming, prone to subjective interpretation, bias, and risk, making them inefficient and potentially unreliable. Implementing more automated and standardised solutions would streamline the process, enhance accuracy, and ensure a fairer, more transparent approach to employment screening.
