Background
Employment background check has become a vital part of the hiring process. Being able to demonstrate that employees meet the background check compliance needs is a manual paper-based exercise with background check reports being reviewed on a case by case basis. The existing processes are time consuming, open to interpretation, bias and risk.

Designing a mobile application that facilitates communication between members of the community suffering from anxiety disorders.

Background​
​In the rapidly changing world with many competing needs, we are less able to deal with elevated levels of stress. For many people, chronic stress leads to the development of anxiety disorders. One of the most common symptoms of anxiety is a panic attack. The key challenge is to be able to take proper action to mitigate the attack.
