Challenge
Vendors and independent contractors are repeatedly asked to prove eligibility and compliance across different clients and networks. Existing background-check processes are fragmented, manual, and costly, creating friction for individuals and inefficiencies for organisations. The challenge was to design a standardised, reusable, and trusted verification experience that allowed credentials to be securely shared, continuously updated, and easily validated across multiple client networks.
